Our Board
Meet Our Leaders – Our six dedicated board members are committed to guiding Ministry of Blessing Others (MBO) in its mission to serve and uplift children in the Dominican Republic and Haiti through education, meals, and faith.

Lourdes "Cookie" Davis
Cookie, a devoted follower of Jesus from the Dominican Republic, co-founded the Ministry of Blessing Others (MBO) with her late husband, Keith, to share God’s love and serve those in need. A full-time missionary since 2019, she continues their mission while homeschooling her two sons, Isaac and Micah. Lourdes is also the author of the Mi Abuela series, embodying faith, resilience, and service.

Frankie Matthews
Frankie and Edith Matthews retired from local church ministry in 2022 after 43 years and entered into full-time mission work. In 1999 Frankie helped to organize Baptists Equipping Nationals. In 2006, he was a part of founding National Theological College and Graduate School to train nationals in their home country.
Frankie now serves as president of both ministries, which together, provides theological training to nationals in the Middle East and East Africa.
With over four hundred graduates teaching and evangelizing in over 35 limited access countries in the region, BEN/NTCGS is on the front lines of world missions.
With over 50 years in ministry, Pastor Frankie Matthews brings with him an understanding of ministry leadership, and missionary zeal.

Carolina Haak
Carolina is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, a dedicated wife and mother, and a passionate supporter of the Ministry of Blessing Others. She has held diverse roles with administrative, technological, and fiscal responsibilities across personal finance, real estate, higher education, and international banking. As a board member, she is honored to contribute to God's work through the ministry.

Eugene Cassada
Eugene Cassada is Husband of 30 years to his high school sweetheart Tabitha. Father of 5 children and owner of a local trucking company transporting Modulars Homes for the past 25 years.

Tyler Allred
Tyler brings a lifelong commitment to faith and service. Raised as a missionary kid in Saipan, he developed an early passion for ministry that continues to shape his life. As a business banker with Encore Bank, Tyler combines his financial expertise with his dedication to meaningful missions, grateful to support MBO’s impact and God’s work.

Jeffery Stanley
Jeffery is a devoted husband, married to his best friend, Lillie Grace, who shares his commitment to a life filled with purpose and community. He finds strength and guidance through his church, and he’s passionate about outdoor activities like hunting and fishing. Boxing, however, holds a special place in his heart—not just as a sport but as a means of reaching and inspiring others. Jeffery uses boxing as a unique ministry, blending discipline and mentorship to connect with people and offer faith-driven encouragement.
